I actually do. It makes me wonder if there is an information space/cube sort of concept to be built here.

But I am not exactly sure we know if customers want AI to replace human workers. CEOs and boards do. But there is still a switching cost for the workforce involved here that nobody has figured out yet.

If the AI revolution stalls at “smarter chatbots and workflow agents” (hint: I am worried) - then no, memory is not useful.

But to hit the true economic AI nirvana being plotted by most CEOs in the Fortune 500, yes, we will need a solid memory system.

This dichotomy between what is being dreamed about in board rooms and the actual practice on the ground is the real gap.

I don’t think I saw such a divide even with the Internet. If anything it was the opposite. Board rooms severely discounted the Internet. End users were exploiting massive productivity and efficiency gains from it through their own adoption.
